Use the search bar at the top of the page to find products by name or keyword. You can also browse by category using the navigation menu or filter results by price, condition, and location on the browse page.

When you purchase an item, your payment is held securely in escrow. The seller is notified to ship the item. Once you receive and confirm the delivery, the payment is released to the seller. This protects both buyers and sellers from fraud.

Once you receive your item, go to your Orders page in the Buyer Dashboard. Find the order and click "Confirm Delivery". This releases the payment to the seller. Please inspect your item before confirming.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, do not confirm delivery. Contact the seller through the order page or reach out to our support team. We will help mediate and resolve the issue, including potential refunds if necessary.

You can request a cancellation before the seller ships the item. Once shipped, cancellations are handled case-by-case. Contact our support team for assistance with cancellation requests.
